I wouldn't ever think that there would be a location at the Boulevard Mall, but it's changing (construction in the sad wing, soon). My sister visited it before I did.
This store smells like the newer ones, which kinda reminds me of the way the M Resort smells, a gentle floral scent wafting throughout the store (not the horrible old lady kind that makes me sneeze as soon as they pass me).
There is a lot of inventory here and the shopping crowd is a mixed bag, all types seem to go here. There is access from the mall and from outside, Maryland Parkway I grew up going to second-hand stores (I am not ashamed and I love the idea of recycling, it's my way of life, really). It's become a treasure hunt in my adulthood, hit or miss really, lately. I am a fan of Savers (use the stamp card, donate your excess, when it's filled, you can save 30% off). There are some certain tags which are on sale. And I think military has a discount as well.
The reason primarily for my rating is: Most of the Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic and alike, are priced at $14.99; the label says RACK and it's red. The short-sleeved items from these labels are $9.99. The rest of the bulk of the regular clothing (not RACK) is a little tired, pills mainly. The size is general, which means all the smalls are in one section, so you really gotta dig through it. There is a bunch of furniture toward the mallside entrance. There is a lot of housewares, but I really didn't go through it. I did try to sort through the jeans, but I was trying to rush it.
I did manage to find something, a green olive jacket from Kimchi Blue (Urban Outfitters) brand for $8.99 (which was on my list of must-haves). I didn't use the fitting room, rather the large full-size mirror nearby.
The checkout is at the front entrance (from Maryland). It was fast, didn't wait long.
It is a clean store, all the racks are fully stocked, and there are quite a bit of employees on the floor. I didn't notice a bathroom.
If we are in the mall, we'd check it out again, but we wouldn't make a special trip.
