This is my favorite hotel. Stayed here twice; once after our wedding, and then to celebrate our anniversary. I can't say enough how wonderful it is, and in every aspect. My husband and I will be coming here for years to come.
Aesthetics: the hotel itself is dripping in old world style and art. Gorgeous features in every direction.
Staff: so friendly, so nice, and so helpful. I had a somewhat odd request of mailing out a package via UPS, and the front desk just had me drop it off with them and they scheduled a pick-up first thing the next morning. Everyone is willing to help and very positive and friendly.
Spa: really nice amenities at this spa; relaxation rooms, steam room, outdoor spa, etc. The massages were very nice, too.
Room: so relaxing and awesome. Especially loved the tub, the steam shower, and the views of camelback mountain.
