No problem if a restaurant is closed to the public on a Friday night for a private event. But if someone calls to make a reservation and is disappointed, then you better pull out some customer service skills and make sure that someone wants to try to make a reservation again in the future. That phone conversation has turned me off from this place and I haven't even tasted the food.
