I have been a member for 18 months and have witnessed a complete 180 degree change for the good regarding customer service. The staff on site is now the best. They want to assist in any way possible. Their positive attitude is contagious. Members now want to help new members and old.
Jon, the new manager for approximately 6 months, has turned things around. Equipment and facility are improving daily. He is approachable with new ideas and concerns and has made Techshop a friendly environment for all. His staff respects him and his ideas on how to improve daily
New equipment has been added due to demand. All talk and no action is a thing of the past.
This place is for the person that thinks he has everything. I look forward every day to developing my business and building my knowledge at the Techshop.
