Great haircut from Shana first visit, Ok, second visit, I could make it work, felt I just need to express my self more. third time, my nightmare hair cut. cut off 1 year of growth to one length, cut looked OK, then she picked up thinning sheers, and with my thin hair, cut off another two inches, leaving me with whisps hanging down around my head. Awful. Why doesn't she listen and ask? I thought I expressed my desire, I do not think she understands English.
