I am looking to purchase a couch on sale, advertised online at $800. I was told delivery to the store is free. I chose a location close to my home as possible. I wanted to purchase the day of this post and this is what I got instead: 1) Store system is down, I can't purchase at the store 2) I can't order from another store or online to be delivered to my store of preference 3) Since the product is in Montreal, regardless I have to pay for shipping 4) I was told to try a store farther then where I would normally travel This is totally absurd.. Why can't I purchase the product and it be delivered to the store location of my preference? Isn't my cash going to the same corporation? I really got the impression from Structube that they couldn't care less about customer retention or service or convenience. Too bad. BS
