I've been coming to this place a while now and I have never had a complaint until a couple months ago. Usually I don't have an appointment and just come on a walk in basis. I always trust the girls to cut my hair when they ask how I specifically want something done, I'll show a picture and then leave it in their hands for '' whatever you think is best. '' Who can beat a $9 haircut anyway? The girls are always friendly, I've never had a problem with that, and the instructors frequently check their work which makes me feel even more at ease. My only complaint which really turned me off was when I actually MADE an appointment two weeks in advance for a make up application and hair cut for my graduation pictures... Received a confirmation a couple days in advance, then when I show up they tell me '' sorry we don't have enough students for your appointment. '' Really? This is EXACTLY why I made an appointment... And then you don't even call to notify me of the situation, and leave me frantically trying to find someone else? Obviously, I was on the books. Then I'm assuming the manager tried to smooth things over by telling me they will do the haircut or both (I don't exactly remember the offer) for free... But it needed to be THAT DAY when obviously I told him I was getting it at a specific time for a reason. If anything they should have giving you a voucher to use whenever convenient. If you're going to have an ability to set appointments, you should definitely KEEP them.
