I wished I would have read the review before renting from Desert realty. We paid a 1900.00 for security and pet deposit. they only refunded 30.00 of it stating several things that had to be replaced. that house looked better when we moved out then when we moved in. we replaced carpeting in all rooms, painted the entire inside, and replaced all the locks.
Its a good thing we decided not to buy a house through them, I would hate to see how much that would of cost us financially.
