Very disappointed with the rebrand. All of the homey comfort and charm of Kelsey's is gone. Why does a bar and grill needs a "club" atmosphere? The loud music and harsh new lighting gave my wife and I an instant and intense headache. Kelsey's is a place to talk and east with friends. Watch the game or just relax without the pretension of Milestones or Montana's. The menu had no improvements. The chicken parm sandwich I ordered was soggy and came on a grocery store bought bun. Why a well established brand like Kelsey's is trying to copy Jack Astor's instead of improving on what they already do so well is a mystery to me. This location was always the standard for what wad good with a restaurant. When ever we would have a bad experience elsewhere, this location's excellent service and comfortable atmosphere always restored or faith in chain restaurants. Im sad that is gone. I will only be back as a last resort. There are to many alternatives to choose from in this neighborhood to have to expose myself to this place again!
