So far in my 2-3 wk experience with them, I signed on w/ them to help "market" a personal home turned rental (market = they don't property mng but will help market and write the contract for a %). Initially I was met with and signed with Dave Stringham and then was turned immediately over to a Nadine Molina. Bait and switch? Thus far, emails and followup requests have been predominantly slow or ignored. I generally have to call in directly for the rep to have the email questions answered. Since I prefer email as I consider it less intrusive on someone's time, I find it annoying I have to follow everything up w/ a phone call. I mailed a $250 check last Tues for dpst twds cleaning and landscaping services, still waiting per 2 emails, 1 follow up phone call I made, and plus now 1 more call I made today and still waiting for a response just to see if they received my check and can start the services for the property they are suppose to be marketing at this very moment. Frustrating and lacking in customer service so far. This review will only get worse or better in a few wks after I update.
