British airways owe us $84. We have been waiting since Sept 27 2017! We paid to upgrade our seats, when we checked in we were allocated different seats, the ones we paid for were given away. After emails, phone calls still no refund, strange how they instantly take your money, but 'system errors' delay refunds!!! Now 14 weeks and counting! To add insult to injury, they charged us $600 to change our flight dates. While we understand we should pay some fees for this, we feel $300 per person is a bit extreme! Especially when there were plenty seats available on the flight. Check and double check with this airline, there's a reason they make billions in profits!
