Horrible company, even worse customer service. Have spoken to 3 different people on 3 different occasions because the flowers my boyfriend got for me were never delivered on Valentine's Day. Not one time could I be put in touch with a manager. We have only been partially refunded with no reason for why they are keeping at least $20. When I expressed my feelings on the company being a scam, the employee laughed at me. I HIGHLY recommend not ever using this company. If I could rate with no stars, I would.
