There's a reason why this place deserves a 5 star! I've lived here since February 2016 and have not one negative thing to say. Since the first day I walked into the office its been a pleasant and fantastic experience. The property manager (Grace) and her professional colleagues are absolutely amazing, as well as the maintenance staff and the property itself. The property is always kept in immaculate shape and has plenty to offer: upscale pool with nice furniture and cabanas, gas and charcoal BBQ's, gas fire pit, tennis ball courts, ping pong table, pool table and more!
I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Avana McCormick Ranch and would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family. If you're looking for a very nice, luxurious, quite apartment complex, this is the place. If you don't believe me, come check it out yourself, as you wont regret it.
