i've been going here for almost 2 years. 2 years ago, or even last year i would have given 5 stars... but sadly things have changed. The staff used to be much friendlier and helpful but i just had a bad experience with a manager named Paul. I am in the store about twice a week and i used to spend upwards of 50-75. per visit... (yes i resell but doesn't most that go to the thriftstores nowadays?). They had a set of PC Games (sims2 and sims3... they were the expansion packs) for $10... a fair price. the cases were all taped together, i asked Paul if he thought any of the manuals were in the cases... the answer was..doubt it, what do you expect? well since they have codes on the manuals, this was important.. but i still bought them.... the good news... all except one had the manuals...... the bad news.. almost half were missing the discs. obviously no one checked before strapping the cases with packaging tape.... Yes, i did call... I talked to Susan who said bring them back for a refund.. Its not about the money since it wasn't a lot and it goes to a good cause... its just about the carelessness and the attitude...
