This business has gone downhill since we first used them a few years ago. The customer service is horrible and the cleaning is below average. If you watch you'll see quite a bit of the time your paying for spent by a worker on personal phone use. Valuable mirror was broken while the service was cleaning that upstairs bathroom and although they cleaned it up no one mentioned it or seemed to care. Response: I will attach a photo of the email that was sent after the large broken mirror was discovered, not immediately, and not by you, but five or six hours later from your consistently aloof office staff, Jesse. Also I will attach the photos that I sent with a really nice email letting your company know how many things were left undone by your cleaning service, and only asking the policy on cell phone usage by your employees, because it just seemed really ridiculous to me and I thought maybe you all didn't care if your employees make personal phone calls and texting at work a lot. I know the one worker you sent is very good, and the other one simply was not. Two workers large house one doing a good job and the other not. It just doesn't work out for the client sorry.
