Good prices, good selection (at least for hair color products, which is what I've gone there for). Unfortunately, I've had pretty inconsistent customer service the three times I've come here. The employees seem knowledgeable, but when I've asked for help, I feel like I'm being talked to like an idiot. When I asked for help about what type of hair dye to use to go back to black from blonde, the employer gave me a blank look and told me "it doesn't matter". I had to ask about the differences between demi- and semi-permanent..She gave a little advice about what tone, but didn't tell me about developer or protein filler-- I had to ask another employee, one that had given me a lot of information in the past, for more help. It didn't help that when I was standing in the hair product aisle, obviously confused, a few of the employees were loudly discussing politics in the backroom instead of attending to customers. I understand that it's good to have some background knowledge before I go into the store, but I don't like being made to feel embarrassed for not knowing the information, and in the future I'll just consult google instead of asking for help.
