Revolving sushi is fun for what it is. I'm spoiled with revolving sushi in California where the selection is huge and they even have where you deposit your empty plates and it records and adds to your tab how many you've eaten instead of stacking up plates on the table. If Sapporo had both of those things, This restaurant would be solid. As far as service goes, the servers could probably pay a little more attention. I feel as if they think they don't have to check up on their tables as much because it's self serve for the most part but not really think about drink refills and special orders from the kitchen.
