I wish we had asked more questions. This company charges a lot of extra fees for delivery and pick up. The associate we worked with (for over 6months) never mentioned we needed to tell them to set our linens, or that there was a linen setting fee (on top of the delivery fee) until the day before my wedding. My mother had to provide her credit card number over the phone to pay for the linens to be set. They showed up the next day and dropped off the linens without setting them. When we called to let them know they needed to set them (and that we had just paid the day before) they basically said there was no one available to do it. Terrible and embarrassing communication on their part. Luckily our florist and her assistants were able to set everything last minute. However, this caused a lot of unnecessary stress on our wedding day.
In our photos you can see the quality of the linens weren't quite worth the price. Lots of runs and bunching on the seams. They were also extremely wrinkled. For the amount this company charges I expected better. However maybe had Classic set the linens as they were supposed to they would've looked better? I won't be recommending their services to anyone looking for party rentals. I think a smaller company would be more professional and likely have better quality items.
