I will say that the male dentist I worked with last year was amazing, but from their site I'm guessing he left the practice, as his bio is no longer visible.
I was given a proposal to get more work done that I actually needed last year. I was given a bottom-line out-of-pocket total. So I agreed to the work, had it done and then got a bill for $200, which I believed was in error, as they had billed me in error for something else the year prior. So I called - 4 times - and every time was told it was likely just a billing error and someone would get back to me, which they never did. Then I received a letter from a collections agency. Unbelievable. They failed on so many different fronts. I was told I needed to pay the bill or it would, indeed, impact my credit. I was speechless. So disappointed. Everyone should know how they run their business.
