I've had a storage unit off and on here for maybe the past 5-6 years, and while I have always received quality service there, I am writing this review about today's visit. While the manager was diligently waiting on another customer, I was waited on by a woman named CeCe. Businesses tend to get higher marks from me that have employees that greet you with a smile and a sincere desire to serve. This is what i found today in CeCe. The site manager was actually deeply involved in resolving the problem that the Lady ahead of me was experiencing, but never did I feel slighted, to the contrary, the attention to detail and speed received was actually second to none. Quality customer service personnel are rare in this day and age.
Once I complete the reorganization of my business, I'll be looking to steal CeCe away from y'all for my establishment. Thanks
