I'm a long distance landlord and have sadly worked with some less than impressive contractors. Doug exceeded my expectations as well as those of my tenant. He was flexible, went well above and beyond to match paint, and did an all around excellent job. His prices are reasonable and he's very hardworking. I'll definitely be calling him again.
