Drop my phone off for the cracked screen on Wednesday. The new tech apparently couldn't get it running so they had to wait for the other tech. After days of getting the run around Jose the owner was contacted. He will not stand behind his text after they broke a phone that was working fine. What a joke I've never felt so burned. They carry an iPhone as well that they could replace my broken one easily but decided to offer me my broken phone back and $60.00. I don't leave a poor review easily. Now to small claims court to make sure other people don't get burned. What a joke!!
OK another update on this place. I did end up having to go and buy one of their iPhones for 200 and Still have not received my old iPhone back. Pretty clear what kind of show the running. Obviously they're taking your phone saying there something wrong with it and keeping it and reselling it. Pretty disgusted about this place the only good thing was the cashier at the location she was super awesome. I would stay way far away from this place
