I am visiting from LA and I took my first trx class here and it is amazing. Rachel really took her time to make sure you are doing all the moves correct and not cause any injury. She also makes us do certain moves to see if the next move we do will be more challenging or she will modify it for us. She is not only knowledgeable about trx but she is knowledgable about all types of fitness. She makes the class very enjoyable and the time goes by fast too. If I didn't live in LA I would here all the time.
