This is one of the worst Hyatt Hotels I have ever seen. I also stay at the Hyatt when ever I travel. However, this hotel was the worst the room was filthy, the housekeepers were unprofessional, the hallways smelled like smoke, and the sofa couch was sunken in so bad I could barely get up after I sat down on it. No microwave in the room the fridge wasn't even cold. Avoid this horrible Hyatt it sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
