I have been here twice. Since the first staff already quit, I got a different salonist today. The price and technical way might not so bad but I think they were rough and careless on both occasions, in my experience. For example on my first visit 3 months ago, my salonist splashed a lot of water on my face when she was washing my hair. Today I returned for another cut here and got a different salonist but this time, she didn't check my collar during the hair wash. My collar was soaked in the back and my shirt was cold against my neck all day. No apologies from her, nor did she ask me if the temperature was too hot or too cold at anytime. Also the water was cold from the beginning. Some basic courtesy and respect should be obvious. This never happened to me in my life at a hair salon. I'm really used to having nice service, so this salon was a bit disappointing. Is this normal service in America? Also they asked me rather directly if I want to add a tip when paying at the register. I prefer a more friendly salon with smiling and graceful staff.
