It's a well organized store with a lot of employees on the floor. We were greeted and handed coupons. The bags look well made. My friend was given a gift card for Coach so that is why I was in the store. I followed her around while she was provided assistance to find a purse to her liking. Once she chose a purse she was escorted to the register line. I got the impression that employees get a commission, and it also felt like they are watching for shoplifting. I don't get the hype with Coach bags. To me they are overpriced and very specific redundant designs. Maybe I'm missing something. If Coach bags are very durable then I could see spending that much for one, otherwise I could live without them.
