I never write reviews, but I'm a big believer in customer service. The work itself was mediocre at best especially for the amount of money spent. Also one of my sprinkler heads and the line it was connected to was working fine before hiring this company but now is broken and is flooding the yard. The first time this was brought to the company's attention an appointment was made for someone to come out and look at it. I eventually got an email later saying that they would be happy to fix the problem and gave me their prices to fix it. Oh and they cancelled the appointment I had already scheduled for someone to come look at it.
Two visits they weren't able to get to the back yard due to my dogs being back there (I get it, my fault for keeping the dogs out) so they just did the front yard but still charged full price both times. When contacted about the bill, there was no working with me at all to alter the price due to only half of the job being done. I was told that I could pay what I felt was appropriate and the general manager would contact me about the sprinkler and the remainder balance.
The price they charge people I'm finding is much more than other landscaping companies and the work is not worth the price they charge. However, the customer service is my biggest issue with this business.
