Came out on a warranty call. Wouldn't fix the issue because "not covered." Also, apparently the guy was somewhat uneducated about this plumbing issue. He was very friendly, but "works for the warranty company, not you." So, he left doing nothing. I called the warranty company, it's covered (like they told me the first time). They issued another order. On calling me again, plumber's phone women still insisted on it not being covered, got rude, and hung up on me (at least didn't call me names, like apparently other reviewers below). Avoid!
