This is more of a corporate complaint than an individual location complaint. The service is fine, I went to the store today to have some things faxed, 14 pages. Had I known that the first sheet is 1.49 and each additional sheet is 1.09 I would have gone to staples. It cost me $16.91 to fax to a local number! The store doesn't display the prices nor was I told prior how much it cost. There is a price list however it is kept behind the desk our of sight, how convenient for them. My business is in the same parking lot, however I'll drive to stapels it's on my way home to save $15 bucks. Live and learn never again
