Oh, how could I not have written a review about Biggi yet? What an oversight!
Biggi has been offering facials in a converted (and expanded) garage behind her home for over 20 years. But don't let the fact that she provides services in her garage deter you from scheduling a facial with her. It's a very cozy, relaxing space, with a waiting room, kitchen, restroom (with shower), and two massage rooms. I'll try to remember to take some photos soon so you can see how nice it is!
Biggi's facials are approximately 90 minutes. She incorporates massage on both your face and hands - longer than I've experienced with other aestheticians. It's absolute bliss!
Biggi also makes her own soap, and her salon smells amazing when she's curing the soap. You have to try a bar or two, as they are very reasonably priced and wonderful on your skin.
Biggi has flexible hours, with appointments as late as 6pm on weekdays, and one or two Saturdays a month. As I'm writing this, I'm already planning on contacting her for my next facial!
