6 STARS HERE!!! Not often do I get my experience far exceeding my expectations! My experience last evening with my new hair salon, The Fix on 3rd, did just that. I found them on Yelp because I'm new to the area and wanted a place soused the same product as my last place! Yesterday morning I sent an email looking to make an appt! Do you ever have those days - you wake up THAT DAY and OMG!! I need a hair appt! On a whim, I asked if there was availability on this same day - not expecting to get it! YES!!! There was availability with Alana!! Scotty replied to my email in 10 minutes time, no less!!! THEN, shortly after that (10-20 minutes) I got a text from Alana confirming everything!! I arrived and the salon is spacious, clean, very nice! Parking is ample! Alana (and Scotty) did their due diligence with assessing my existing formula from my CA gal, looked at my hair, conferred with me! All very methodical! Finally, what was the outcome? AWESOME!! I am so pleased with color and cut!!! YAY!! I found my hair peep!!!
