I really was impressed with this carpet company . I spoke with Mary who answered all my questions and was readily available over a period of a few days I just couldn't decide on which company and type of cleaning I needed. Our carpets are older and kinda matted and I was afraid of the padding getting soaked and smelling. She assured me the technique they use will extract water with a high pressure system and this was the best choice for older carpet that is pretty stained. I just had it dry cleaned type cleaning and wasn't happy with it it just didn't feel clean. They gave me a great price and they cleaned my big room rug too! I live on the second floor and was worried they couldn't get to my place but it was no problem for Daniel he was so kind and did a perfect job the place smells wonderful and the carpets look new . It's drying pretty quickly too. I definitely made the right choice with this company and their service . Next I'm calling them to clean my tile and grout. They also worked around my schedule and made the whole experience a pleasure. Bravo guys!
