I'm having back and forth emotions about this place. Friday night I purchased a 2005 Chevy Colorado truck from a man named Phil now that night he was super cool had all kinds of stories totally wanted to help us, get us in the best truck, knew credit wasn't the best but that's okay cuz he was there to help us soon as the transaction for my $2,500 cleared he was gone for the end of the night nowhere to be found I'm still happy love my truck thinking that everything is great...... go out that night to start it and it won't start the lady and the gentleman that were still there we're super great they jump in the golf cart go get us a new battery try to start us with a new battery which I was super grateful that they're willing to stay after hours knowing that it's now pushing closer to 7 p.m. but again the truck won't start so we leave it overnight I come back the next morning he says must have been vapor lock cuz the truck starts just fine tells me to take it home to drive it as normal over the weekend and to bring it in Monday morning for the inspection and to show that I have insurance on the vehicle ....Saturday morning I discover right away the broken leaf spring in the back so I take it back he says once again nothing he can do about it until Monday I do it fix it yourself simply just tied it up until Monday then Monday morning go to start my truck and again it won't start 40 minutes of waiting and trying it finally starts up and take it into the shop at 10 a.m. and they have had it since then which it's now Tuesday at 2 p.m. and I went in at noon just to see what is going on because I had called 3 times inquiring a call back and never received one ....I come in and lots of sour faces everybody seems really upset that I'm there I ask what's going on get told that now some other part on the car needs to be fixed it should be another one to two hours maybe 3 I would receive a call back we're pushin 2 hours still no call I asked to speak with Phil asked him politely if there were any return or exchange policies he replied with absolutely none I informed him about how since I had bought in the truck on Friday it hasn't run sense and it's been in the shop he says you have to take it up with Services I told him that's where it's been since Friday he says he doesn't know what to tell me so I had simply said well I believe that my review with Yelp should be poor seeing as how this whole experience has been very very stressful and his reply fills reply was I hope it's as bad as your credit so you can see my dilemma where they are fixing my truck which is awesome but at the same time why was it put on the lot to be sold when it's still needed so much work and why was Phil such a great salesman and so nice that night and now to be so rude when I was never rude I just simply wanted to know if there was anything that they were going to do for the inconvenience seeing that I had put in $2,500 up thinking that I was going to have a vehicle to drive off at the lot like he said
