Agree with folks that it was hard to hear the owner on the phone, but when I got to his store, his friendly and helpful attitude showed through. I had a bit of an odd device to fix (a remote control for a swimming pool system) that had a broken power source. The company had told me that I needed to buy a new one ($400) but he was able to fix it the next day for $40. He was very interested in how it worked and took immense pride in his work. When I picked it up he showed me how he fixed it and how he cleaned it up to make it look better.
I'll go back again!
