This has probably got to be the worst apartments in the history of apartment complexes ever. We have had a problem with our upstairs neighbors blasting their music so loud that our floors actually vibrate along with the music and they have done absolutely nothing. On our 5th time complaining, they said if we complained one more time they would absolutely be evicted.... that was 5 complaints ago. My boyfriends car got stolen here even tho there is somehow 24 hour security. Their maintenance people are useless. Throughout the whole summer our air conditioning kept going out, not cooling below 85 degrees in the Vegas heat. Every week I had to go to the office and make a complaint so the maintenance guys would just come over and fill the air conditioner of frione and not actually fixing the problem. Must be hard to make time to do their jobs when they are busy smoking cigarettes and tearing the walkways up with golf carts. Worst apartments of my life. Worst management.
