Oh Goodness! This place really needs more help during the Holidays! I am not sure how efficient they are in other times, but I would avoid them totally between November and December!
Two years in a row, and three attempts- we ended up giving up and going to FedEx! I heard stories from my relatives who live in the vicinity, but I had to experience it myself to believe it! Uggghhh.... When a large parking lot is full, and nowhere to park, that is a signal of the speed inside.
Busy, lines, and slow employees.... I think the Zootupia's idea must have come from this post office location.
Adjust and hire more employees or train, or stream line something somehow!
