Dang I wish I would have reviewed others reviews before wasting 2 hours of my time sitting in this nasty place and an hour drive time. Hard to get someone on the phone in the first place and when I did I explained I was looking for chiro adjustments and decompression only. No drugs, no x-rays, MRI, surgery etc!! So they got me an appointment at the Glendale location because it was closest to my work (still not too close). I had all my paperwork preprinted and filled out. Sat in their southside looking and feeling waiting room for 49minutes. Then walked back to the far back hole of a room. It was frankly unsanitary and felt like a backdoor clinic. After a quick talk with the nurse explaining what I was looking for (chiro adjustment & decompression) I then sat in there for another 45 minutes. One person not sure if she was a doctor or what came in I explained again what I was looking for. She looked me over wrote a note and left. Sat there again for 20 minutes until a guy came in. Probably a doctor he had a white coat. Sad! Anyway he just kept saying stuff about shots, x-rays and MRI's. ugh!! Told them I just wanted an adjustment and decompression. That is when I was told that the Chiropractors are not there that day. Are you fricken kidding me!! I was finally let go and on my way out I asked how I can get in for a Chiropractic Visit. Was told I would have to call and see if they could get me in. But that they printed out my insurance info and I had 12 visits. Have since sat on the phone waiting and waiting then finally was able to se up an appointment. Almost headed out the door then recieved a really garbled message saying they would not bill my insurance and the adjustment would be $180. Holey moley I'll crack my self for that!! Anyway, looked up the actual 2 hour wait with 5 minute look over that I endured in this rats hole of a place and they billed my insurance almost $700. Luckily my insurance adjusted it down to a still outrageous amount for what they actually did to $130. Just a quick suggestion to anyone thinking of trying this place out. Unless you are wanting steroid injections a lot of wasted time and a huge charge to your insurance find another place!!
