If I could give NO stars, I would. Their prices are extremely high, and thats not even my biggest complaint. I currently have an empty POD sitting on my driveway...and they can't seem to find time to pick it up until the 22nd, mind you it has been empty since the 8th. I have called on multiple occasions to see about an earlier pick up date and was told the only option was if I wanted to pay extra....EXTRA on top the the $3000 it cost to get it here, no way. Since it can't be picked up I was assured that I would not be charged their monthly rental fee, guess what I was! So here I am AGAIN calling PODs to get this issue resolved.
