I've been to Stack'd many times as I work right down the street and live two blocks from the one in Shadyside. Food is usually pretty good with quick service. Today I came for lunch and ordered my burger with a lettuce wrap, and there was a dead fly on the lettuce leaf in plain sight. I asked the server if they washed their lettuce?? He said, "yes, we have a machine, sorry about that"...and walked away!!! Absolutely no suggestion, offer to replace, nothing. I will not be returning to this location.
