Had the same experience as Chris N. below, we had reservations (on my birthday), waited an hour and a half to get our table and then ended up leaving before even ordering any food because we were starving. We got a shrug and no real apology ("it's Saturday and we're busy" - we had a reservation!), have heard the food but the customer service and attitude were appalling.
