I made an appointment using their website. I showed up a few minutes early. I was told they didn't have me in their computer. They said someone had just walked in so they said they could take me next week. I work during the week, as do most people. They made no effort to fit me in today. I would expect reservations to come before walkins. Especially considering their Yelp listing specifically says by appointment only. They showed me their tablets as if the tablet ran their business, not them. I understand that technology isn't perfect, but I would expect that business owners appreciate their customers time and make up for it. I planned my day around the appointment. I have 650 employees. I tell them all the same thing. If you want to be successful, you have to appreciate your customers time and understand they have choices. Obviously, I'm not happy with this experience.
