Customer service is excellent at this location. LUPE IS WONDERFUL! Most Starbucks seem unconcerned with customer service and their own conversations seem more important than assisting a customer. Not the case at this Starbucks. Lupe sends me off with a smile and a delicious cup of coffee. Customer service keeps me coming back to this location, even if I have to deal with panhandlers and assorted characters of the Boulder Highway variety.
