I was having a really great experience with jet blue at the beginning of my trip. They have decently comfortable seats, and free wifi. However the end of my trip coming home sucked. I had placed my carry on luggage above the seats perfectly fit and fine. And then a flight Attendant approached me and asked if she may move my bag so that she could make room for other bags. And I couldn't exactly say no to that request. When the plane landed and I retrieved my luggage it was ruined. Completely scratched up and one of the wheels was permanently broken and unrepairable. When I reported this with jet blue after getting off of my flight they basically said sorry ? And offered absolutely nothing in return. And now my luggage is ruined. Thanks to jet blue
