The worst cleaners ever. They did the trifecta. Ruined 2 shirts, damaged a new dress with a bad alteration job and lost my new pants. One of their employees obviously cut themselves and bled all over my shirts. My fiancée went back to complain about her dress been ruined and the owner was extremely rude. He said all sales are final and there is no returns. He took 5 dollars out of his pocket and threw it at her.
I have been coming to the cleaners everyday since that happened and left him several messages to call me and he has not returned my calls. I'm still missing a pair of pants that go to my suit so now that's ruined also. Adnan Mallak lacks any resemblance to customer service and should be allowed to operate a business in Nevada.
