I love bagels l, always have and always will. My company orders tons of boxes of them On a regular basis from Einstein's at multiple locations and they have always come out perfect. Recently I stopped by the blue diamond location and was highly disappointed. I originally ordered the bagel dog and a blackberry lemonade. When I got my drink it tasted like pure sugar with a squirt of lemonade I had them change the drink to strawberry lemonade, while waiting on my drink I received my bagel dog which is not a bagel dog at all I tried a small piece the hot dog tasted microwaved and the bun as well, soggy and mushy more similar to a soggy hot dog bun than a bagel dog I apologized and asked if I could change it to a regular everything bagel with garlic shmear she asked if I would like it toasted and I said no I received two cookies for the price difference and left thinking u cant screw up a regular bagel and cream cheese.. well folks I was wrong... it was burnt and one of the cookies tasted like straight egg!!! I don't know if she did it on purpose but unfortunately it was on my dollar I love Einstein's but this really makes me not want to return. The whole experience was upsetting.
