Spent a good hour talking with Lynn from this dealership about a BMW I was interested in. Lynn ran my credit and came up with an interest rate double that of a local credit union. So I decide to go with the credit union and arrange for them to put the deal through and set up an appointment for me to go see the car after work. This dealership was completely across town during rush hour traffic (~40 minutes). I get to the dealership for my appointment and was not acknowledged, the car was not even on lot but I did see some service guy speed off in what looked like a Z4. Go back inside, still not acknowledged. Finally left and had to drive another 30 minutes home burning up some good ole premium in my current Bimmer. It seems like all this dealership is interested in is putting people into PREDATORY loans on branded title cars that have 50% the value of a non-branded title car. So when you are in an accident, the insurance company leaves you with a mess of a bill to pay off to get right with the loan. Lynn all of the sudden didn't even know how to submit loan information to a credit union, even though she had mentioned the dealership doing business with that credit union earlier in our conversation (probably because there was no kick back from the double interest loan to be had anymore). Just save your time and shop somewhere else unless you really want a flooded out, stolen, or abused car for a small discount off retail value which is immediately underwater on a loan due to its branded title status. Plus, the customer service does not exist here, and no apologies were made. Biggest waste of 2 hours of my life...EVER.
