My car got rear ended (while parked - someone hit it while I was sleeping, several thousand in damage).
I stopped by Mongomery on the advice of my insurance company. Ian and Carol were friendly and helpful. They took care of the estimate, co-ordinated with insurance, and made arrangements for the rental car. When I picked up the car today it was spotless, and it looks brand new again. Hopefully I never need to go back, but if my car needs work, they have a loyal customer from this point forward!
Apparently they've only been managing the shop for a short time, but they were professional, with excellent attention to detail and eager to please - hopefully people who've had poor experiences in the past will give them a shot, I'm certain they'll be pleasantly surprised with the current level of service.
