(A) = The EU reference labs identified the reference standards for enantiomer (KIF-230 S-D) and diastereomers (KIF-230 S-L and KIF-230 R-D) as commercially not available. When re-viewing the MRL, the Commission will take into account the commercial availability of the reference standards referred to in the first sentence by 23 April 2015, or, if those reference standards are not commercially available by that date, the unavailability of them.
