(A) = The EU reference labs identified the reference standard for desmethyl amidosulfuron as commercially not available. When re-viewing the MRL, the Commission will take into account the commercial availability of the reference standard referred to in the first sentence by 23 July 2016, or, if that reference standard is not commercially available by that date, the unavailability of it.
