  • Not too thrilled with this location. I went to get my tires inspected because one seemed to be leaking slowly and to see if it was finally time to replace the front tires since I only replaced the rear ones last time. The agent barely looked at my history, looked at the tires, and spent several minutes chastising me for "never rotating them". He told me I hadn't driven far enough to qualify for warranty replacement and I'd have to pay regular price for the tires and that this wouldn't happen if I rotated them, when those tires were the same ones I got with the CAR not Discount Tire. They did inflate the tires to specs so they do get a couple stars for working, but didn't fix the leak so I went to the location on the east side where I used to live a week later because the service over there is so much better.
